目的探讨体育保健课教学中运用团体心理辅导对伤残大学生心理健康的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对牡丹江医学院体育保健班35名学生进行18周的团体心理辅导教学实验,对实验前后学生的心理健康水平进行比较分析。结果实验后学生心理健康各因子都得到了一定的改善,其中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其它及总分(t=2.11,3.26,4.34,4.87,3.36,3.46,3.87,4.31,4.62,2.47,5.13;P<0.05)都存在差异。结论团体心理辅导运用于体育保健课教学对伤残学生的心理健康水平的改善具有显著效果。
Objective To explore the impact of using group psychological counseling on the mental health of disabled college students during PE health class teaching. Methods A total of 35 students in PE class of Mudanjiang Medical College underwent self-rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) for 18 weeks of group counseling teaching. The mental health of students before and after the experiment was compared and analyzed. Results After the experiment, all factors of students’ mental health have been improved. Somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid, psychotic, other and total score (t = 2.11,3.26,4.34 , 4.87,3.36,3.46,3.87,4.31,4.62,2.47,5.13; P <0.05). Conclusion The application of group psychological counseling in PE health class teaching has a significant effect on improving the mental health of disabled students.
