师少言而生获丰--一次课堂观察引发的思考

一次课堂观察引发了深入的思考。一堂课40分钟,教师讲话19分38秒。触目惊心的数字下隐藏的是教师存在的几个问题:“退步下来”“放不下心”“耗不起时”让课堂高耗低效。想要彻底改变这种状态,教师首先要让自己的话少一点,规范课堂教学语言,合理开展学生互动成了提高课堂效率比较关键的问题。 A classroom observation triggered a deep thought. A lesson 40 minutes, the teacher speaks 19 minutes 38 seconds. Under the shocking figures, there are several problems that the teacher has hidden: “Backward ” “Unable to rest ” “Can not afford to use ” to make the classroom inefficient. Want to completely change this state, teachers must first make their own words less, regulate classroom teaching language, reasonable interaction of students has become the key to improving classroom efficiency issues.
