木香槟榔莪棱汤加红外肝病治疗仪治疗肝炎肝硬化的疗效观察

目的观察木香槟榔莪棱汤加红外肝病治疗仪治疗肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。将80例肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组各40例,治疗组患者口服木香槟榔莪棱汤加红外肝病治疗仪照射,同时根据患者病情适当加护肝药静滴;对照组予复方甘草酸二胺及还原型谷胱甘肽静滴。两组疗程均为20-28天。检测两组治疗前后肝纤维化标志物、彩超、上腹部CT及上腹部MRI。结果治疗组总有效率为84.2%,对照组总有效率为70.6%(P<0.05);治疗组患者ALT、AST、TBIL、ALB、GLO、门静脉直径、脾脏厚度的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论木香槟榔莪棱汤加红外肝病治疗仪治疗肝炎肝硬化具有良好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者临床症候群,恢复肝功能,降低肝纤维化指标,减轻门静脉压,缩小脾脏厚度,改善肝脾CT比值。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of betel nut Curcuma Longtong plus infrared liver disease treatment instrument for the treatment of hepatitis cirrhosis. Eighty patients with cirrhosis of liver were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The patients in the treatment group were given oral treatment with betel nut curcuma soup and infrared liver disease treatment instrument. At the same time, the patients were given intravenous drip of liver medicine. The control group was given compound glycyrrhizin Diamine and reduced glutathione intravenous infusion. Two groups of treatment are 20-28 days. Liver fibrosis markers, color Doppler ultrasound, upper abdominal CT and upper abdominal MRI were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 84.2% in the treatment group and 70.6% in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of ALT, AST, TBIL, ALB, GLO, portal vein diameter and spleen thickness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Wood betel nut Curcuma Longan plus infrared liver disease treatment instrument for the treatment of hepatitis cirrhosis has a good clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, restore liver function, reduce liver fibrosis indicators, reduce portal pressure, reduce the thickness of the spleen, improve liver and spleen CT ratio.
