目的建立气相色谱分析测定大批量空气样品中丙烯酰胺(ACR)含量的方法。方法使用多孔玻板吸收管和硅胶采样管分别进行定点、个体采样,样品经前处理后用毛细管柱气相色谱(ECD)在汽化室240℃、柱温220℃、检测器250℃、分流比1∶20、柱流量3.0 ml/min、进样量2.0μl的色谱条件下分析测定。结果本方法的线性范围为0.10~2.0μg/ml,回归方程为y=3 186 918.407 99x+4 388.270 81,相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为1.4×10-5μg/ml,保留时间为1.633min。结论本法快速、灵敏准确,适用于大批量现场样品的分析测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of acrylamide (ACR) in large volume air samples by gas chromatography. Methods Porous glass tubes and silica gel sampling tubes were used for fixed point and individual sampling respectively. The samples were pretreated with capillary column gas chromatography (ECD) in a vaporization chamber at 240 ℃, column temperature of 220 ℃, detector at 250 ℃ and split ratio of 1 : 20, column flow 3.0 ml / min, injection volume 2.0 μl under the chromatographic conditions. Results The linear range of this method was 0.10-2.0 μg / ml, the regression equation was y = 3 186 918.407 99x + 4 388.270 81, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the detection limit was 1.4 × 10-5 μg / ml and the retention time was 1.633 min. Conclusion This method is fast, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the analysis and determination of large quantities of field samples.
