肺内蛋白酶—抗蛋白酶系统保持相对平衡,对维护肺组织正常结构和功能具有十分重要的意义。有关矽肺患者蛋白酶抗蛋白酶系统含量变化报道不一。为此我们测定53例矽肺患者血清α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)和α_2-巨球蛋白(α_2-M)含量。现作一简要报道。对象未接尘健康对照组31人,0期接尘工18人,O~+期接尘工33人,Ⅰ期矽肺31人,Ⅱ期矽肺22人。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期矽肺患者均经江苏省矽肺诊断组确诊。
