目的分析双镜联合结直肠切除手术的临床疗效。方法对52例结直肠癌患者的双镜联合结直肠切除手术和传统腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。结果 1双镜联合结直肠切除手术与传统腹腔镜手术的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、淋巴结平均清扫数目差异无统计学意义;2双镜联合结直肠切除手术组术后排气早于传统腹腔镜手术组,双镜联合结直肠切除手术组在术后切口并发症方面优于传统腹腔镜手术组。结论双镜联合结直肠切除手术可以达到同样安全的肿瘤根治效果,且具有腹部无辅助切口,疼痛轻微,术后胃肠功能恢复快等优点,说明该技术值得推广,并且该技术可以为经自然孔道内镜外科技术积累丰富的经验。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of double mirror combined with colorectomy.
