目的:检测Insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)与Insulin like growth factor binding protein 3(IGFBP-3)在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达,并探讨其在肺癌诊断及预后中的临床意义。方法:运用免疫放射法(immunoradiometric assay,IRMA)检测80例非小细胞肺癌患者,14例健康人外周血血清中IGF-1I、GFBP-3的水平。结果:肺癌组血清IGF-1表达显著高于健康组(P<0.01),IGFBP-3表达显著低于健康组(P<0.05),同时IGF-1/IGFBP-3升高(P<0.01)。IGF-1,IGF-1/IGFBP-3在有淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNMⅢ~Ⅳ的肺癌患者中明显高于无转移者及TNMI-II期者(P<0.05),而IGFBP3下降明显高于无转移者及TNMⅠ-Ⅱ期者(P<0.05)。肺癌组IGF-1与IGFBP-3浓度呈负相关P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者血清IGF-1I、GFBP-3表达在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展及远处转移中有重要意义,检测其水平变化是肺癌的诊断、判断预后的有用的指标。
AIM: To detect the expression of Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) in the serum of non-small cell lung cancer patients and to explore its clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer . Methods: The levels of IGF-1I and GFBP-3 in peripheral blood of 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients and 14 healthy controls were detected by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). Results: The expression of IGF-1 in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in healthy group (P <0.01), IGFBP-3 expression in lung cancer group was significantly lower than that in healthy group (P <0.05) . The levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1 / IGFBP-3 in patients with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNMⅢ ~ Ⅳ were significantly higher than those without metastasis and TNMI-II (P <0.05), while IGFBP3 decreased significantly In those without metastasis and TNMⅠ-Ⅱ (P <0.05). Lung cancer group IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 concentration was negatively correlated P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of IGF-1I and GFBP-3 in non-small cell lung cancer patients is significant in the occurrence, development and distant metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. Detecting the change of serum IGF-1I and GFBP-3 levels is a useful index for the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
