融资租赁行业在我国并非一个新兴行业,但至今发展缓慢。本文认为,融资租赁行业的准入机制是阻碍行业自身发展的重要原因。学界给出的关于准入管制的主要理由是融资租赁行业是一个金融行业,而金融行业事关国家命脉,因此需要管制。本文即是从这一角度入手,论证融资租赁行业实际上并不存在金融行业所特有的功能和风险,理应开放市场,创造一个更有利于竞争和创新的环境。
Financial leasing industry is not a new industry in our country, but its development has been slow so far. This article argues that the financial leasing industry access mechanism is hindered the development of the industry itself an important reason. The main reason given by the academic community for admission control is that the financial leasing industry is a financial industry, and the financial industry is related to the lifeline of the country and therefore needs to be regulated. This article is from this perspective, to prove that the financial leasing industry does not actually exist in the financial sector unique features and risks, should open up the market and create a more conducive to competition and innovation environment.
