目的观察戊乙奎醚术前应用于无痛人工流产的临床结果。方法选择22~35岁女性患者1200例(ASA I~Ⅱ级)。随机分配成A、B两组,A组为对照组(600例)术前30 min肌内注射1 ml注射用水,B组为戊乙奎醚组(600例),患者术前30 min肌内注射戊乙奎醚0.5 mg。测定30 min唾液分泌量,用视觉模拟评分(VAS)方法测定口干程度,记录不良事件。结果给药30 min,A、B两组唾液分泌量分别较用药前变化(2.88±19.51)mg,(-21.30±20.32)mg,其B组用药前后唾液分泌量的下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分,B组用药前后明显增加;给药30 min,两组心率变化较用药前无明显变化,两组用药前后变化差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察期间无严重不良反应。术中牵扯宫颈时两组心率变化(-27.72±6.90),(4.32±7.20)bpm,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论戊乙奎醚作为全麻术前用药,可明显减少唾液分泌,无心率增,无明显不良反应,使用安全。
Objective To observe the clinical application of pemetrexed for painless induced abortion. Methods A total of 1200 women aged 22-35 years (ASA I ~ Ⅱ grade) were enrolled. Randomly assigned to A, B two groups, A group as control group (600 cases) intramuscular injection of 1 ml water for injection 30 minutes before operation, B group penehyclidine group (600 cases), 30 min preoperative intramuscular Injection of penehyclidine 0.5 mg. The salivary secretion was measured at 30 min. The degree of dry mouth was measured by visual analogue scale (VAS) and the adverse events were recorded. Results The salivary secretion of group A and group B was (2.88 ± 19.51) mg and (- 21.30 ± 20.32) mg respectively before and 30 min after administration, and there was significant difference in salivary secretion before and after treatment P <0.05). The VAS score increased significantly before and after treatment in group B. The changes of heart rate in two groups did not change significantly after administration for 30 min. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). No serious side effects during the observation. The heart rate (-27.72 ± 6.90) and (4.32 ± 7.20) bpm in the two groups were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine as a premedication before general anesthesia can significantly reduce the secretion of saliva, no heart rate increase, no significant adverse reactions, the use of safety.
