目的研究多抗甲素联合欧柏宁治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选择我院2009年11月-2011年1月经临床诊断确诊为复发性阿弗他溃疡的患者90例为研究对象,将所有患者严格随机分为欧柏宁组和多抗甲素联合组。所有患者每日均于口腔患处涂抹欧柏宁凝胶,3次/d,待溃疡表面保护膜形成后闭口。多抗甲素联合组在上述基础上加服用多抗甲素15-30mg/d,3次/d,两组均接受治疗2月后对比患者疗效免疫细胞变化,同时随访1年观察其复发情况。结果多抗甲素联合欧柏宁组有效率为95.5%,欧柏宁单用组总有效率为86.6%,两组比较差异显著;多抗甲素联合欧柏宁组治疗前后免疫细胞T细胞亚群显著增高,欧柏宁单用组未见明显改变。结论多抗甲素联合欧柏宁治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡具有明显疗效,用法安全简单,并且提示其对于患者免疫细胞具有一定调节作用,值得广泛用于临床。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of poly-A combined with Auburnin in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer and to explore its clinical value. Methods Ninety patients diagnosed as recurrent aphthous ulcer by clinical diagnosis in our hospital from November 2009 to January 2011 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups: Oparin group and Polyactin group. All patients were daily oral administration of Oupo Ning gel, 3 times / d, until the ulcer surface protective film is formed after the closure. On the basis of the combination of multi-anti-A combined with poly-A 15-30mg / d, 3 times / d, both groups were treated for 2 months after the comparison of the efficacy of immune cells in patients with 1-year follow-up observation of the recurrence . Results The effective rate of poly-A combined with oruprelin was 95.5% and that of Oparin was 86.6%, the difference was significant between the two groups; the T-cell subsets of the immune cells in the combined groups were significantly increased, No significant change in the single use group. CONCLUSION: Poly-A and Ou Paoning have obvious curative effect on recurrent aphthous ulcer, which is safe and simple to use and suggests that it has a certain regulatory effect on immune cells of patients and is worth widely used in clinic.
