目的 探讨窒息新生儿胃肠动力学变化。方法 应用放免分析法对 30例重度窒息新生儿、2 0例轻度窒息新生儿和 2 0例正常新生儿的血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素进行了检测和对比分析。结果 重度窒息组血清胃泌素和血浆胃动素水平明显低于正常对照组 (t值分别为 8 96 0 ,4 2 31,P <0 0 1) ,轻度窒息组血清胃泌素和血浆胃动素与正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (t值分别为 1 5 77、0 6 40、P >0 0 5 )。结论 新生儿重度窒息可导致胃肠激素血清胃泌素和血浆胃动素水平明显降低 ,从而导致喂养不耐受
Objective To investigate the changes of gastrointestinal motility in neonates with asphyxia. Methods Serum gastrin and plasma motilin in 30 cases of severe asphyxia neonatorum, 20 cases of mild asphyxia neonatorum and 20 cases of normal neonates were detected and compared by RIA method. Results The levels of serum gastrin and plasma motilin in severe asphyxia group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (t = 8 96 0, 42 31, P 0 01, respectively). Serum gastrin and plasma Motilin was not significantly different from the normal control group (t = 1577,0640, P> 0.05). Conclusions Severe neonatal asphyxia can lead to significantly lower levels of gastrointestinal hormone serum gastrin and plasma motilin leading to intolerance
