细胞恶性转化过程中染色体所起的作用已被公认,目前至少有35种肿瘤具有特定的染色体异常,急性单核细胞性白血病(AMMoL)是其中之一,其最常见的异常是16号染色体倒位。本文报告一例急性单核细胞性白血病患者新的染色体异常,其核型为43,XY,t(12;17)(q12;p13),del(4)(q31).-5,-7.未见有文献报道。患者为65岁的男性黑人,因咳嗽及体重减轻于1981年秋初次就诊,胸部X线检查发现肺右上叶有硬币大小病变,行右上及中肺叶切除,病检为小细胞肺癌,右肺门及纵隔淋巴结阴性。术后用MTX等化疗一年,并
The role of chromosomes in the malignant transformation of cells has been well recognized. At least 35 of these tumors presently have specific chromosomal abnormalities. One of them is acute myelomonocytic leukemia (AMMoL), the most common of which is down chromosome 16 Bit.
