临近十月,一年一度的报刊发行大战即将来临,今年的发行征订工作与以往会有些不同。一是中宣部、国务院纠风办、新闻出版总署和国家邮政局为防止报刊发行恶性竞争,最近联合下发《关于采取切实措施规范报刊发行秩序的通知》,加强对报刊出版发行活动的管理,规范报刊发行秩序;二是从往年情况来看,读者已开始对报刊发行手段的新花样疲倦;三是新兴媒体迅速发展对报刊发行的冲击。面对新形势、新情况,发行人也必须有新应对,在发行季即将到来之际,本刊特约请一线发行人,讨论与交流报刊发行如何在约束中创新以及多年从事发行工作的经验、感受、甘苦。
