近几年,在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省农业生产上,出现了玉米品种不断由南向北推移种植的趋势。种子数量逐年增多,北移面积越来越大,在现实生产上已起到一定的作用,给农业生产带来相当大的影响。如何看待玉米南种北移的问题?它是一种偶然的、暂时的、孤立的现象,还是一种必然的、持续的、发展的趋势?产生原因是什么?对这一事物应该如何对待?现在已经到了需要认真深入研究探讨的时候了。
In recent years, in the agricultural production in three provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning, there has been a trend that the varieties of corn continue to be planted from south to north. The number of seeds has increased year by year and the area of northward migration has been growing. It has played a certain role in the actual production and has brought considerable influence on agricultural production. How do we view the issue of the southward migration of corn in the south? Is it an accidental, temporary or isolated phenomenon, or is it a necessary, continuous and developing trend? What are the causes and what should be done about this matter?
