高层次人才是高校发展的核心竞争力,在“双一流”建设背景下,我国艺术类高层次人才引进的竞争已进入白热化阶段。当前,艺术类高层次人才的引进中存在着组织招聘形式单一、引进评价体系不健全,以及艺术类成果认定标准不一等问题。只有综合解决艺术类高层次人才引进中的问题,才能有效促进高校艺术类教育事业的健康发展。文章探讨了高校艺术类高层次人才引进的问题及对策。
High-level talent is the core competitiveness of the development of higher education. Under the background of “double-flow ” construction, the competition for the introduction of high-level art talents in China has entered a white-hot stage. At present, the introduction of high-level talents in art poses the problems of single form of recruitment, imperfect introduction of appraisal system, and unequal standards of recognition of art achievements. Only by comprehensively solving the problems in the introduction of high-level art talents can we effectively promote the healthy development of arts education in colleges and universities. The article explores the problems and countermeasures of the introduction of high-level art talents in colleges and universities.
