目的 :观察刺五加叶皂苷 (ASS)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白 -胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。方法 :ASS按 2 5、 5 0、 1 0 0 mg· kg- 1 · d- 1 给大鼠连续腹腔注射 2 1 d,测血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白-胆固醇及 L OP量浓度 ,血浆 PGI2 、TXA2 质量浓度 ,血清和肝脏 SOD活性及全血粘度 ,并观察肝脏脂肪沉积情况。结果 :ASS5 0、 1 0 0 m g· kg- 1 · d- 1 能明显降低 TG、TC、L DL- c、TXA2 、 L PO及全血粘度 ,并能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠 HDL- c、PGI2 及 SOD活性 ,亦能使 TC/ HDL- c及 L DL- c/ HDL- c比值明显降低 ,PGI2 / TXA2比值明显升高。病理检查可见肝脏脂肪沉积明显减轻。结论 :ASS可能通过调节体内血脂代谢提高 PGI2 / TXA2 比值及纠正自由基代谢紊乱 ,发挥抗动脉硬化作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus saponin (ASS) on the serum total cholesterol and lipoprotein-cholesterol metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemic rats and its antioxidation. METHODS: ASS was administered intraperitoneally to rats at 25, 50, 100 mg·kg - 1 · d - 1 for 21 days. Serum total cholesterol, lipoprotein-cholesterol, and LOP concentrations were measured. Plasma PGI2, TXA2 concentration, serum and liver SOD activity and whole blood viscosity, and observed liver fat deposition. Results: ASS50 and 100 mg·kg-1·d-1 can significantly reduce the viscosity of TG, TC, LDL-c, TXA2, LPO and whole blood, and can significantly increase the experimental hyperlipidemic rats. The activity of HDL-c, PGI2 and SOD also reduced the ratio of TC/HDL-c and LDL-c/HDL-c, and the ratio of PGI2 / TXA2 increased significantly. Pathological examination showed that hepatic fat deposition was significantly reduced. Conclusion : ASS may increase the ratio of PGI2 / TXA2 and correct free radical metabolic disorders by regulating the metabolism of blood lipids and exert antiatherogenic effects.
