针对攀钢低合金钢生产过程中铸坯出现的角部横裂纹缺陷,通过优化结晶器冷却制度和保护渣,形成了低合金钢铸坯角部横裂纹缺陷的综合控制技术。试验结果表明,低合金钢铸坯角部横裂纹缺陷得到了明显改善,并消除了由此引起的热轧板卷表面线纹和起皮缺陷,缺陷发生率由原来的100%降至5.58%,因铸坯角横裂缺陷造成热轧板卷降级改判率由7.2%降至0.74%。
Aiming at the corner transverse crack defects appearing in the production process of low alloy steel in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., a comprehensive control technology of the corner crack in the low alloy steel slab was established by optimizing the mold cooling system and mold flux. The test results show that the defects of transverse cracks in the corner of low alloy steel slab have been significantly improved, and the resulting lines of surface hot rolling and skinning defects have been eliminated. The incidence of defects reduced from 100% to 5.58% , The rate of reduction of hot-rolled coils declines from 7.2% to 0.74% due to the corner crack of cast strand.
