近年来,北京市各有关部门都在女职工劳动保护工作上下了工夫:市劳动和社会保障局每年针对女职工特殊保护开展一项专项调研,推进女职工劳动保护政策的修改和完善;市卫生局针对女职工“四期”保护,特别是对流动人口中女性的孕期、产期保护采取了保护措施;市总工会则是利用各种途径宣传女职工劳动保护知识,增强女职工的自我维护意识,在试点的基础上,在全市范围内推广女职工特殊保护专项集体合同,加大对女职工权益保护工作的力度,取得了积极的成效。
