目的探讨松毛虫对人眼损伤的规律、机制及治疗。方法通过兔限松毛虫致伤的实验和本院136例松毛虫眼部损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果发现二种不同致伤途径、部位、病程经过的松毛虫眼病。结论松毛虫性眼部损伤应分毒毛性、蜕毛性两型，根据分型给予不同的治疗。
Objective To investigate the regularity, mechanism and treatment of human eye damage by pine caterpillars. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the experiment of dendrolimus injury in rabbits and 136 cases of dendritic eye injury in our hospital. The results showed that two different routes of injury, the site, the course of the disease caused by the eye of pine caterpillars. Conclusion Dementia eye damage should be divided into virginity, eczema two types, according to the type of treatment given to different.
