对具有弧齿锥齿轮啮合的试验器转子──支承系统的振动特性进行试验研究,采用传递矩阵法计算该试验器转子的临界转速及稳态不平衡响应,研究支承刚性及弧齿锥齿轮螺旋线的方向对稳态不平衡响应的影响。理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The vibration characteristics of the test rotor-support system with spiral bevel gear meshing were studied. The critical rotation speed and steady-state unbalance response of the rotor were calculated by transfer matrix method. The effects of bearing rigidity and spiral bevel gear helix Effect of Line Direction on Steady State Unbalance Response. The theoretical calculation results agree well with the experimental results.
