我厂使用改装的RIJ-105-9T井式气体渗碳炉,配备HQG-71型红外线CO_2分析仪(上海第二分析仪器厂生产),以煤油为渗碳剂、甲醇为稀释剂、进行可控气氛渗碳,在试验的基础上已运用于生产。 1.渗碳工艺参考国内外文献拟定的渗碳工艺见图1和表1。采用200×100×0.06mm的08F钢箔定碳。图2是C%—CO_2%对应关系曲线。碳势与CO_2的相互关系回归式为,碳势=1.836-2.509CO_2,CO_2%与C%的关系值见表2。
