为解决国内空气过滤材料性能测试评价标准不统一、测试成本高、测试周期长等问题,参照国家及国际相关标准,建立空气过滤材料过滤性能测试系统,对研发出的舒适性空调用复合功能过滤材料的过滤效率、过滤阻力和容尘量3个指标进行了测试。采用多元回归分析法建立空气过滤材料过滤性能的数学模型,以明确影响过滤阻力、过滤效率和容尘量的主要因素,并利用统一目标法建立过滤性能的综合评价体系。研究成果可为制定过滤材料性能的测评标准和合理选择空气过滤材料提供重要的技术参考。

The research results provide an important technical reference for setting the evaluation criteria for the performance of filter materials and for choosing air filter materials reasonably.
