作为垄断企业,电力营销对供电企业扩大市场容量、提升服务形象具有举足轻重的作用,因而如何创新营销管理模式,实现电费集中核算是关键。在此背景下,本文主要探讨了供电企业为何需要创新营销管理模式,以及电费集中核算对电力营销的几点作用。
As a monopolistic enterprise, power marketing plays an important role in expanding the market capacity and improving the service image of power supply enterprises. Therefore, how to innovate the marketing management mode and realize the centralization of electricity tariffs is the key. In this context, this article mainly discusses why the power supply enterprises need innovative marketing management mode and the role of centralization of electricity tariff in power marketing.
