海南产权交易所成立于2004年底,是经省政府批准设立的国有独资的综合性产权交易服务机构,是集各类产权和要素资源为一体的全省统一、规范、专业、开放的产权交易平台。开放的产权交易有形市场,是构建海南新型资本、助力国际旅游岛绿色崛起的投融资平台。2005年初建立党支部,隶属省国资委党委。现有员工26名,大学本科以上学历占90%,中级以上职称占50%,平均年龄35岁以下;党员13名,
Hainan Property Exchange was established in late 2004. It is a wholly state-owned comprehensive property rights exchange service institution approved by the provincial government.
