即日起至8月底,新天地朗廷酒店明阁迎来厨艺大师王月铭师傅担任客座大厨。王月铭师傅拥有超过四十年的经验,现任上海餐饮协会技术总监、上海总厨俱乐部秘书长、世界中餐名厨交流协会理事,曾在APEC会议期间负责各国元首和中外记者的宴会工作。他曾为多国领导人在到访上海期间打理富于上海特色的膳食。调任餐饮协会后,不遗余力地致力于厨师行业新人的培养,文化素质的提升等工作。在他的菜品中凸显了“菜中有画”的趣味。出身于艺术世家的王师傅自幼酷爱书画,他与许多传统艺术大师都是至交,业余时间,他经常与艺术大师们一起探讨
From now until the end of August, Langham Place, Xintiandi, welcomes master chef Wang Yueming as guest chef. With more than 40 years’ experience, Master Wang Yueming is the technical director of Shanghai Catering Association, the secretary general of Shanghai Chef Club and the director of World Chinese Chefs Association. He was responsible for the banquet work of heads of state and Chinese and foreign reporters during the APEC meeting. He has served the leaders of many countries in handling Shanghai-rich meals during his visit to Shanghai.
