机器设备和工具是工业企业生产经营活动的物质基础,是生产力的重要组成要素,加强企业设备和工具管理,正确使用设备,精心维护保养,使设备在生产中始终保持完好状态,合理使用工具,对于保证企业生产活动的正常进行和提高经济效益有着重要意义。设备管理是针对设备的使用而言的。设备的合理使用包括两个方面的含义,一应坚决防止对设备的蛮干滥用,二要防止设备舍不得用或闲置不用。只有充分提高设备的利用率,用好用足,才能为提高企业经济效益作出贡献。对于设备进行使用可以从以下三个方面进行管理。
Machinery and equipment are the material basis for production and business activities of industrial enterprises. They are an important component of productive forces. The management of equipment and tools in enterprises is strengthened. The equipment is properly used and maintained. The equipment is always kept in good condition and the tools are used reasonably. It is of great significance for guaranteeing the normal operation of production activities and improving economic efficiency. Device management is for device use. The rational use of equipment includes the meaning of two aspects, one should resolutely prevent the brutal abuse of equipment, and second, to prevent the equipment reluctant or idle without. Only by fully improving the utilization of equipment, make full use of foot, in order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises to contribute. The use of equipment can be managed from the following three aspects.
