目的:调查山东省城镇地区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性,研究抗性产生的规律。方法:用WHO生物测定法,测定敏感品系和现场淡色库蚊ⅠⅤ龄幼虫对杀虫剂的敏感性/抗性。结果:我省主要蚊虫抗药程度高,分布范围广。主要蚊虫对常用的杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,对DDVP的抗性在6.10-21.18倍之间,对溴氰菊酯抗性在8-42倍之间.对残杀威的抗性在3.46-6.64倍之间。部分地区的抗性水平有逐年增高的趋势。结论:加强抗性的监测和治理工作具有非常紧迫的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in urban areas of Shandong Province and to study the rules of resistance. Methods: Using WHO bioassay, the susceptibility to insecticides of susceptible strains and Culex pipiens pallens Ⅴ instar larvae were determined. Results: The major mosquitoes in our province were highly resistant and distributed in a wide range. The major mosquitoes produced different degrees of resistance to the commonly used insecticides, the resistance to DDVP was between 6.10-21.18 times, and the resistance to deltamethrin was between 8-42 times. Sex between 3.46-6.64 times. The level of resistance in some areas has been increasing year by year. Conclusion: It is of great urgency to strengthen the monitoring and management of resistance.
