采用伯胺N1923萃取剂从钨渣的酸浸液中回收钪,研究了溶液酸度、萃取剂体积分数、相比、萃取时间对钪萃取的影响,同时考察了盐酸浓度对钪反萃的影响。实验结果表明,伯胺N1923萃取剂对钪具有很好的选择性。最佳萃取工艺条件为:溶液酸度0.5mol/L,萃取剂体积分数10%,O/A相比1∶1,萃取时间5 min;反萃液宜采用3.5mol/L的稀盐酸。在此最佳工艺条件下,钪的萃取率可达96.42%,反萃率达98.28%,钪的萃取总回收率为92.33%。
Scandium was recovered from the acid leachate of tungsten slag by primary amine N1923 extractant. The effects of solution acidity, volume fraction of extractant, extraction time on the scandium extraction were investigated. The effect of hydrochloric acid concentration on scandium stripping was also investigated. The experimental results show that the primary amine N1923 extractant has good selectivity for scandium. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the acidity of solution was 0.5mol / L, the volume fraction of extractant was 10%, the ratio of O / A was 1: 1 and the extraction time was 5 min. Under the optimum conditions, the scandium extraction rate was 96.42%, the stripping rate was 98.28%, and the total recovery rate of scandium was 92.33%.
