日前,刘淑莹副省长在全省城镇职工基本医疗保险和医药卫生体制改革工作会议上讲话,强凋加大工作措施,努力把“三项改革”引向深入。下一步三项改革工作的目标是:到2001年底,确保实现105万城镇职工参加基本医疗保险的工作任务,全省50个统筹地区全面启动实施城镇职工基本医疗保险制度;要在医疗机构分类管理、医疗机构内部运行机制改革、药品集中招标采购、扭转以药养医和医疗机构补偿机制等方面取得较大突破;切实加强整顿和规范药品和医疗器械市场秩序,深入开展药品打假专项斗争,让广大人民群众用上放心药。为实现上述工作目标,要突出重点,努力抓好以下几方面工作。

In order to achieve the above objectives, we must give prominence to the key points and strive to do a good job in the following aspects.
