本文介绍AS—01型原子吸收分光光度计专用微处理机的主要性能指标及硬件与软件的设计特点。该机与原子吸收仪器外接,进行原子吸收信号的采集与数据处理,其硬件系统由预放大器、A/D转换、Z80—CPU、数字显示和打印输出等部分组成,机内存储:EPROM _(18)K,RAM 4K。仪器软件设计功能较齐全,并且有用户需要的非线性标准加入、吸收灵敏度自动校正及基线漂移自动校正等功能。该机既可用于火焰原子吸收分析,也可用于石墨炉等非火焰原子吸收分析,是一种普及适用的原子吸收专用微处理机。
