用非传统方法制备了Rh_4(CO)_(12)/Al_2O_3和Co_2Rh_2(CO)_(12)/Al_2O_3原子簇催化剂,并和用RhCl_3浸渍的催化剂Rha_3/Al_2O_3进行了对比试验。在微反装置上测定了3种催化啊剂的反应性能。结果表明,原子簇催化剂的反应活性和选择性高于金属盐催化剂;异核簇催化剂的反应活性和选择性高于同簇催化剂。用化学吸附方法测定了催化剂的吸附性能;还进行了IR、XPS表征。实验表明,异核原子簇催化剂不仅具有高的金属分散度,而且在使用前后金属分散度不发生明显变化。还就双金属的协同效应作了探讨。
Rh_4 (CO) _ (12) / Al_2O_3 and Co_2Rh_2 (CO) _ (12) / Al_2O_3 clusters were prepared by a non-traditional method and compared with Rha_3 / Al_2O_3 impregnated with RhCl_3. The reaction performance of three kinds of catalytic agents was measured on a micro-reactor. The results show that the activity and selectivity of the cluster catalyst are higher than those of the metal salt catalyst. The activity and selectivity of the heteronuclear cluster catalyst are higher than that of the cluster catalyst. The chemisorption method was used to determine the adsorption properties of the catalyst. IR and XPS were also carried out. Experiments show that heteronuclear cluster catalyst not only has a high degree of metal dispersion, and before and after the metal dispersion does not change significantly.
