2009年,水稻重大病虫害数字化监测预警系统建设取得了初步成效。病虫测报数据上报、传递、处理和展示的信息化水平明显提高。系统推广应用后,有效提高了病虫数字化监测预警的整体水平。2010年,系统建设涉及数据信息输入—分析—输出全过程,使系统的实用性、可操作性和智能化程度进一步提高,将为辅助病虫防控决策提供高效率、高质量的信息支撑。
In 2009, preliminary achievements were achieved in the construction of a digital monitoring and early warning system for major pests and diseases of rice. The informatization level of reporting, transmitting, processing and displaying of pest forecast data has been significantly improved. After the system is popularized and applied, the overall level of digital monitoring and warning of pests and diseases is effectively improved. In 2010, the system construction involves the entire process of data information input-analysis-output, which further improves the practicability, operability and intelligence of the system and will provide high-efficiency and high-quality information support for pest and disease control and decision-making.
