研究表明,在多种汽车油耗计量的原理和方法中,综合精度、稳定性、适用性、可靠性等方面,最佳选择是采用流量传感器的方式。高性价比的流量传感器包括涡轮式和容积式等。实验表明温度和燃油粘度的变化对流量传感器的性能影响很大,从而影响到了油耗计量的准确性。本文基于虚拟仪器技术,通过实验深入研究了温度和燃油粘度对油耗计量的影响,为最终设计并开发一款精确稳定且性价比高的汽车燃油计量仪打下基础。
The research shows that in the principle and method of fuel consumption measurement of a variety of vehicles, the best choice is the way of using the flow sensor in terms of comprehensive accuracy, stability, applicability and reliability. Cost-effective flow sensors include turbo and volumetric. Experiments show that the changes of temperature and fuel viscosity have a great influence on the performance of the flow sensor, thus affecting the accuracy of fuel consumption measurement. Based on the virtual instrument technology, the paper deeply studies the influence of temperature and fuel viscosity on the fuel consumption measurement, and lays the foundation for the final design and development of an accurate and stable fuel-efficient automobile fuel meter.
