我国正面临人口老龄化的重大问题,由于老年人体质和健康水平的下降,老年人口的增多会成为社会的负担。这就需要在延长老年人寿命的同时提高其健康水平,使其变为巨大的社会财富。使用健身气功来增强老年人的体质,提高健康水平,是一个行之有效的方法。
My country is facing a major problem of population aging. As a result of the declining physique and health of the elderly, the increase of the elderly population will become a burden on society. This requires increasing the health of elderly people while extending their lives, turning them into huge social wealth. Use of Health Qigong to enhance the physical fitness of the elderly and improve the health level, is an effective method.
