曾经参加过PMP考前培训的人,即使考试通过了,获得了PMP资格认证,但经常会对PMBOK(项目管理知识体系指南)中所描述的内容或多或少存有一些疑惑。2000年春末夏初的时候,我参加了在北京奥林匹克大酒店举行的中国首期PMP考前培训,培训老师是来自美国一所著名大学的项目管理讲师,同时也拥有PMP资格认证的Alan教授。记得当时坐在教室左边第一排的一位同学,由于英文好再加上思路敏捷,总是在Alan先生讲完一段的时候,高举左手(右手在忙于记笔记)大声说:“Question!Question!”。面对他接连不断的提问和质疑,Alan先生总是认真解释道:“Thisis PMI's view, you may have your view”。 People who have previously attended PMP exam training have obtained PMP certification even though the exam passed, but there is often some doubt as to what is described in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide). In late spring and early summer of 2000, I attended the first PMP exam training in China held at the Olympic Hotel in Beijing. The trainer was a project management instructor from a famous university in the United States and also a professor of PMP accreditation. I remember sitting in the classroom on the left in the first row of a classmate, coupled with the good English and quick thinking, always in the Alan finished a paragraph, held high his left hand (right hand is busy taking notes) and said: “Question! Question! ”. In the face of his successive questions and questions, Alan always carefully explained: “Thisis PMI's view, you may have your view ”.
