随着建筑行业的快速发展,各式建筑琳琅满目,为了降低经济成本,减少建筑垃圾对环境的污染,我们不仅要倡导绿色建筑,更应该提升建筑物的质量,以延长其寿命。在此,特叙述现代建筑工程问题及对策。我国目前房屋建筑工程中存在的质量问题,是由于诸多因素混生互动、恶性循环、相互影响的结果。本文结合工程实际阐述了建筑工程中各类质量问题,对目前建筑市场质量通病进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, various types of buildings are dazzling. In order to reduce the economic cost and reduce the environmental pollution caused by construction waste, we must not only promote green buildings, but also enhance the quality of buildings to prolong their life. Here, especially describes the modern construction problems and countermeasures. The current quality problems in housing construction in our country are the result of a mixture of many factors, vicious cycles and mutual influences. In this paper, the construction of various types of quality problems are expatiated on the basis of engineering practice, the current quality of the construction market is analyzed, and the corresponding control measures are put forward.
