我国保险行业高端人才的极度匮乏使得保险企业的人力资源竞争日趋激烈,如何有效地管理好人力资源,成为保险公司市场竞争中制胜的重中之重。长期激励作为提高员工绩效和保留员工的重要方法,是人力资源管理中重要组成部分。本文首先介绍了保险赠送与期权期股两类长期激励方法,并进一步分析了这两类方法的异同点以及在保险公司的不同作用,同时对保险公司采用这两类方法提出了建议,希望能对国有保险公司在如何设计长期激励方法上有所帮助。
The extreme lack of high-end talents in the insurance industry makes the competition of human resources in insurance enterprises more and more fierce. How to effectively manage human resources has become the most important factor in the competition of insurance companies in the market. Long-term incentives as an important way to improve employee performance and retain employees is an important part of human resources management. This paper firstly introduces two kinds of long-term incentive methods of insurance donation and option period shares, and further analyzes the similarities and differences between these two methods and their different roles in insurance companies. At the same time, it puts forward some suggestions for insurance companies to adopt these two methods. It is helpful for state-owned insurance companies to design long-term incentive methods.
