患了感冒应做到“五忌”与“二宜”。五忌为:一忌多吃“荤”。感冒发热时胃蠕动减慢,消化液分泌少,高蛋白、高脂肪饮食会使食欲减退,甚至引起消化不良。故感冒时应以稀饭与蔬菜等清淡易消化饮食为宜。二忌出汗后洗澡。治感冒常需发汗退热。可一些人出汗后就赶快洗澡。以致洗澡时再次受寒,使病情加重。发汗后可以用毛巾擦干汗渍,换掉内衣裤即可。
