用弹簧作为重量信号的受感元件,可实现无刀口的重量——位移信号的转换。文中给出了园筒型弹簧和平板型座簧的机械设计计算及其实验结果。为提高下称重法用的座簧的稳定度设计了张丝和阻尼盒,定量的讨论了这些措施对提高稳定度的作用。最后给出了为晶体生长直径控制设计的总负荷3kg,灵敏度5μv/10mg弹簧电子秤的机械稳定性实验结果。
Using spring as the sensing element of the weight signal, the weight-displacement signal conversion without cutting edge can be realized. The mechanical design calculation and experimental results of cylindrical spring and flat plate spring are given in this paper. In order to improve the stability of the restoring spring used in the weighing method, the tensioning and damping boxes are designed. The effects of these measures on the stability are discussed quantitatively. Finally, the experimental results of the mechanical stability of 5kg / 10mg spring electronic scale with the total load of 3kg designed for crystal growth diameter control are given.
