为进一步推动我国生物产业的发展,加快产业化步伐,根据《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》和《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006～2020年)》的有关要求,国家发展与改革委员会编制了《生物产业发展“十一五”规划》,并在2007年4月25日正式公布。为尽快形成我国生物产业的群体优势和局部强势,“十一五”期间,国家将在生物医药、生物农业、生物能源、生物制造、生物环保等行业重点组织实施9大专项,集中力量进行重点突破。现将有关生物质能源产业发展的内容登出,供业内人士参考。
