目的了解牡丹江市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况、种类及其趋势。方法参照《2013年食源性致病菌检测工作手册》的方法,使用2013年采集的全市10类食品中的320份样品,对食品中存在的致病菌进行了检测。结果320份食品样品中检出6类致病菌,其中婴幼儿食品、乳类及乳制品中蜡样芽胞杆菌污染严重;冷饮、肉及肉制品也受到了多种致病菌的污染。结论牡丹江市食品中食源性致病菌污染率相对较高,建议加强市场卫生的监控力度,防止食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the status, types and trends of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in food in Mudanjiang City. Methods According to the method of “Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Detection 2013 Manual”, 320 pathogenic bacteria in 10 food samples collected in 2013 were used to detect pathogenic bacteria in food. Results Six kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 320 food samples. Among them, Bacillus cereus was seriously contaminated in infant foods, dairy products and dairy products. Cold drinks, meat and meat products were also contaminated by many pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion The contamination rate of food-borne pathogens in Mudanjiang City is relatively high, so it is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of market hygiene and prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
