Delaying the aging process and prolonging human life has become an important issue in the world’s geriatric medicine. One of the important ones is the study of anti-aging drugs. The easiest and most accurate way to determine the effect of a drug on its longevity is to use a “survival test,” that is, to observe the effects of drugs on the life span of the animal. It is ideal to select animals that have a short survival period, facilitate repeated experiments, and have similar aging processes to humans. The multi-celled animals such as Drosophila, Nematodes and Bombyx mori are characterized by their short lifespan and high reproductive rate, and similar to human growth, development, and aging. We used Drosophila as experimental animals to carry out the life extension test of Huolisu No. 1 .
