扶正解毒法配合NP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

目的观察扶正解毒法配合NP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法将患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例行NP化疗方案同时加用扶正合剂和复方苦参注射液,对照组30例单用NP化疗方案。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为43.33%及26.67%,治疗组治疗后的生存质量卡式评分改善有明显提高,白细胞下降得到改善,且能减轻恶心、呕吐等毒副作用,显著提高患者免疫力。结论扶正解毒法配合NP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有显著的增效减毒作用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng detoxification combined with NP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 30 patients received NP chemotherapy simultaneously with Fuzheng Mixture and Compound Kushen Injection, and 30 patients in the control group received NP chemotherapy alone. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 43.33% and 26.67%, respectively. After treatment, the treatment group improved significantly on the card score of quality of life, decreased leukopenia, and relieved the nausea and vomiting Patient immunity. Conclusion Fuzheng detoxification combined with NP chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer have a significant synergistic attenuated effect.
