随机选择我院在2012年2月至2016年2月期间,接收的DM患者,作为DM组,共92例,在同一时间健康体检者作为健康组,共92例。分别对两组受检者进行HbA_(1c)联合FPG检测,比较两组受检者的检测结果。结果:DM组FPG和HbA_(1c)均显著高于健康组,(P<0.05);与FPG≥7.0mmol/L联合HbA_(1c)≥6.5%作为诊断标准,比单FPG≥7.0mmol/L或HbA_(1c)≥6.5%作为诊断标准确诊率也明显升高;(P<0.05)。结论:应用HbA_(1c)联合FPG检测可以有效提高确诊率。
A total of 92 patients with DM were randomly selected from our hospital from February 2012 to February 2016 as DM group, with 92 healthy subjects at the same time as healthy people. HbA_ (1c) and FPG were detected in two groups of subjects respectively, and the test results of two groups of subjects were compared. Results: FPG and HbA 1c in DM group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.05). Compared with FPG≥7.0mmol / L and HbA 1c≥6.5% Or HbA_ (1c) ≥6.5% as diagnostic criteria were also significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: HbA_ (1c) combined with FPG test can effectively improve the diagnosis rate.
