目的:通过回顾性分析来院检查者中特异性IgE和总IgE水平,筛选出上海市吴淞地区主要过敏原种类,为临床诊断和治疗过敏性疾病提供依据。方法:运用欧蒙过敏原检测系统对400例健康体检者和385例过敏性疾病患者特异性IgE水平进行检测,并用罗氏检测系统对总IgE水平进行检测。结果:总IgE阳性率,400例健康体检者为58例(14.5%),385例过敏性疾病患者为352例(91.4%)。在385例过敏性疾病患者中,20种过敏原中尘螨的阳性率最高为199例,占51.69%,其次为海鱼组37例(9.61%),第三为狗上皮22例(5.71%),此外猫毛21例(5.45%)、蟹20例(5.19%)、虾17例(4.42%)、蟑螂14例(3.64%)、树组合12例(3.12%)及霉菌组9例(2.34%)也占了相当重要的比例。结论:吴淞地区过敏性疾病最主要的过敏原为尘螨,其次为海鱼组,狗毛,猫毛,蟹,虾等,及时检测血清中总IgE和特异性IgE水平,有助于及时了解患者过敏状态,为过敏性疾病的预防和治疗工作提供可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE: To screen out the major allergens in Wusong area of Shanghai by retrospectively analyzing the levels of specific IgE and total IgE in the laboratory examiners, so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases. Methods: The specific IgE levels of 400 healthy subjects and 385 allergic diseases were detected by using the Aumon Allergen Detection System, and the total IgE level was detected by Roche detection system. Results: The total IgE positive rate was 58 (14.5%) in 400 healthy subjects and 352 (91.4%) in 385 allergic diseases. Among the 385 allergic diseases, the highest positive rate of dust mite in 20 allergens was 199 cases (51.69%), followed by 37 cases (9.61%) in the marine fish group and 22 cases (5.71%) in the third dog’s skin epithelium In addition, there were 21 cats (5.45%), 20 crabs (5.19%), 17 shrimp (4.42%), 14 cockroaches (3.64%), 12 tree barks (3.12% %) Also accounted for a very important proportion. Conclusion: The most common allergens of allergic diseases in Wusong area are dust mite, followed by marine fish group, dog hair, cat hair, crab, shrimp and so on. The detection of total IgE and specific IgE in serum in time helps to keep abreast of patients Allergic condition for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases provide a reliable basis.
