印度宝石和珠宝市场,是世界上增长最快的地区之一,全球有大量的钻石在印度被切割和抛光。据了解,钻石在印度的加工成本为每克拉10美元,相比之下,中国为17美元,比利时为150美元,足可以体现出印度的竞争优势。由于印度低廉的制造成本和劳动力,加之有力的政府支持,使得印度的珠宝和宝石行业在世界上拥有较强的竞争力。
The Indian gems and jewelery market, one of the fastest growing regions in the world, has a large number of diamonds cut and polished throughout India. It is understood that diamonds in India, the processing cost of 10 US dollars per carat, compared with 17 US dollars in China, Belgium, 150 US dollars, enough to reflect India’s competitive advantage. Due to India’s low manufacturing costs and labor force combined with strong government support, the Indian jewelery and gemstone industry has strong competitiveness in the world.
