The constitution has multiple dimensions. These dimensions include at least six aspects: an authoritative set of trading rules and an institutionalized economic constitution; an inter-functional constitution that integrates various social values; a political constitution that reflects the culture and democratization of particular populations; The rules of the rules and the legal constitution that determines its supremacy and the scope of the judiciary; the human rights constitution that limits the scope of government authority; and the constitution of redistributiveness based on social solidarity. The “Constitution” of the WTO has been evolving along these dimensions. When evaluating the constitutional development of the WTO, we should first analyze these dimensions one by one. Secondly, we should examine how these dimensions relate to each other. Third, we should examine how these dimensions of the WTO Constitution are related to the constitutions of the general international law system and other international Organizational constitutions; fourthly, how these dimensions of the WTO constitution should be examined in connection with the constitutions of WTO members; and finally, the “third-tier” rules that relate these different constitutions to one another should be examined.
