本文介绍HMOS单片微机低电源电压运行的理论探索和实践.研究结果证明了微机芯片低电压运行的关键障碍是MOS器件的正向偏置.实验系统的最低运行电压取决于系统内RAM的最小维持电压,可在最低运行电压和额定电压之间稳定工作.
This paper introduces the theoretical exploration and practice of the operation of HMOS monolithic low power supply voltage.The results show that the key obstacle to the low voltage operation of the microcomputer chip is the forward bias of the MOS device.The minimum operating voltage of the experimental system depends on the minimum RAM in the system Maintained voltage, stable operation between the lowest operating voltage and rated voltage.
