先天性上睑下垂,在临床上多见,其手术方式较多。我院自1981年采用倒“V”形阔肌膜悬吊术治疗上睑下垂,共做30例40眼,效果满意。方法简便易行,现介绍如下。临床资料:30例中男25例,女5例,单眼手术20人,双眼手术10人,共做40眼。随访病例24人,30眼,其中男性21例,女性3例,观察时间3个月～3年半,其中上睑缘遮盖角膜<2mm 者25眼,上睑缘遮盖角膜<3mm 者5眼,全部病例未再出现上睑下垂,未发生排斥和感染,并保持眼睑形态的 Congenital ptosis, more common in clinical practice, its more.
