Tetrandrine has the functions of dilating the coronary arteries and surrounding blood vessels, reducing blood pressure and mildly inhibiting the myocardium, and can reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and combat arrhythmia. In recent years, it has been demonstrated through animal experiments that hinokretine may be a plant-derived calcium antagonist. This drug has been used clinically to treat hypertension and angina pectoris. Based on the above pharmacological and clinical studies, it is speculated that this drug will reduce myocardial ischemic injury and reduce the scope of myocardial infarction. In this paper, epicardial mapping and determination of phosphocreatine kinase (CPK) were used to observe the treatment of experimental myocardial infarction with tetracycline.
